How do you ensure the meat stays fresh during transit?
All orders are packed in temperature-controlled, insulated boxes with specialized gel ice packs designed to maintain a consistent chilled temperature for up to 48 hours.
Where do you source your livestock from?
We take pride in sourcing 100% of our meat from local, sustainable farms that prioritize animal welfare and natural grazing practices.
Can I freeze the meat once it arrives?
Yes, all our products are delivered fresh (not previously frozen) and are vacuum-sealed, making them perfectly suitable for home freezing for up to 6 months.
What are your delivery days and order cut-off times?
We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed for next-day delivery, depending on your location and slot availability.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of fresh food, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer custom cuts or specific weight requests?
